Delivery Terms

Due to the sensitive nature of the NBCWaRN technology, NBCWaRN is ONLY available to qualified customers; you must be an employee or official of a recognized federal, state, or municipal government organization or other authority relating to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high yield explosives (CBRNE) incident response.

International Delivery Terms

NBCWaRN contains sensitive defense technology and its export is subject to the provisions of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). For sales to customers outside the U.S. and Canada, we must apply for and obtain an export license from the U.S. Department of State. The application process typically results in an added delay of one to two months in shipment, unless the purchase is being made in connection with a Foreign Military Sale (FMS); FMS purchases do not require an export license.

Purchase Terms

All prices are quoted in Euros and do not include any applicable sales or use taxes, duties, or tariffs. F.O.B. Destination, shipping and handling not included. Net 30 terms are offered to qualified domestic purchasers. We accept MasterCard and VISA. Your credit card will only be charged when the product is shipped.  International orders must be prepaid prior to shipment.

Software Maintenance and Support

Software maintenance and support is included at no charge for the first twelve months after license purchase. After the first year, the annual price for software maintenance and support is 20% of the license price then in effect. Software maintenance and support includes all maintenance releases and unlimited telephone support during regular business hours 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Privacy

OptiMetrics, Inc., the manufacturer of NBCWaRN software, is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Most of the data we collect from you is necessary to process your request for information or purchase. Some information is also collected for our own internal marketing analysis. Regardless of the purpose, we will not sell, share, or rent this information to others.

Access to all of your information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

To further protect your privacy, your sensitive credit card information is not stored at our office; it is used immediately to authorize payment and is then destroyed. Only the reference authorization number is stored. We never use cookies and we never store any information on your personal computer.

Your permission is always requested before adding you to our subscription mailing list.
